Truthfulness of Information

  • I have not omitted, concealed, or misrepresented any material fact relevant to my visa history.
  • I understand that suppression or misrepresentation of any previous visa refusal / rejection may have serious consequences on my admission, visa application, and future immigration prospects.

Consequences of Concealment or Misrepresentation

If, at any stage, it is discovered that I have concealed, omitted, or falsely represented any previous visa refusal / rejection:

  • My admission application may be cancelled immediately and without prior notice.
  • My visa filing process may be suspended or terminated.
  • Markingo Portal LLC (GlobCred) shall bear no liability for any resulting admission loss, visa rejection, financial loss, or adverse immigration consequences.
  • I shall bear full and sole responsibility for all consequences, financial or otherwise, arising from my non-disclosure or false declaration.
  • No refund of any service fees, processing charges, or application costs shall be payable to me in such circumstances.

Voluntary Execution

I am executing this Undertaking voluntarily, without any force, coercion, or undue influence, and with full understanding of its legal and practical implications. I acknowledge that this Declaration shall form an integral part of my student admissions and visa processing records maintained by Markingo Portal LLC (GlobCred).
